The Emperor ;

Aries is represented by The Emperor, meaning this card is strong, energetic, creative and outgoing. On the flip side this card is Impatient, brash, childish, and controlling. The Emperor typically is known as the favored and ideal leader. Smart, cunning, knowledgable about the world, nature and spirituality, but also having the ability to act as a warlord and defend his throne if need be. This card is seen as the 'father' card. Though it can be read as a teacher, a guide, a brother, boss or strong male influence. It also has close ties with family.

How ironic for Felix;

Felix is a troubled family man, but he ends up playing 'father' figure to many other characters, even though he can't act as a good parent to his only biological son. He's lost three children to various, gruesome deaths, but continues to support people as the voice of reason... yadda yadda... He's very suited to be a ruler, but never will be do to him being a Vampire and a low born noble.

Symbolism ;

He's adorned with a crown for obvious reasons, but it's not touching his head because he is somewhat detatched from being the actual Emperor. He almost plays a back-seat role to the king in Falls D'Ange. He's does a lot of administrative work and is one of the country's Generals, along with his sister. The wings of the crown are showing he has long lost ties to the Demon Lord Mephistopholese. Again, he would have been the heir to Meph's thrown had his Son, Llevyathan, not pranced in and taken away the crown (not that felix wanted it anyways..). He wears a combination of scholar robes and armour, suggesting that he's a learned man as well as a good leader in battle. To emphasize this he holds a tome in one hand and a sword in the other. Around his waist he wears an animal fur, an added comment and possible paralelle to Hercules (who faught a lion as one of his seven?...labours to redeem himself after murdering his family. Felix was the cause of the death of his first two children and first wife, so this is really fitting)
