Rurouni Kenshin hugely influenced my style way back when. I got into the anime first and then started to follow the manga. Nobuhiro Watsuki's style really awed me. Him and Ryu Fujisaki (another great who was a huge inspiration to me) both had an extremely sharp and angular way of drawing clothing and drapery which still sticks with me in my current style.
