Project for school. B&W Illustration from a story that myself and =spectrosity developed together. It's basically a steampunk-ish version of aladdin. There are two genies instead of one (following the original legend), one of the watch, one of the lantern. This scene is after Aladdin makes his wish for riches and luxury and begins to take his friends for granted, while they sit back and feel used and mistreated. Aladdin is up on the pillows, and Azim is sitting next to Chiraa.

Ink and A4 paper.

Lineart is truly nice, I've never read the original story, and I didn't know there were two genies.. Let's find that book and find out the other false stuff given by Disney xD

I love how vastly different the characters look, both in anatomy and in expression. Azim seems almost like he really doesn't care, but there is an anger and hurt in his stare that's hard to miss. Chiraa seems deeply hurt and saddened, more child-like, I suppose.
Aladdin...well, we can't see his face, but the arrogance and laziness of his posture speaks volumes. The type of attitude that makes me want to slap the person in question.
